Noch besser: Lernen, das Stürzen in den Kletteralltag einzubauen, damit es zu etwas ganz Normalem wird.Durch systematische Desensibilisierung kannst Du selber Deine Stürze steuern, an Deine Tagesform anpassen und stetig Fortschritte erzielen. Lass Dich nicht von der Angst beherrschen, sondern herrsche Du über sie!
